I recently had my first appointment at Towne Centre Dental Group with Dr. Lai, and it was the best dental visit I’ve ever had. The front desk team was welcoming from the moment I walked in. Dr. Lai escorted me back, sat down with me, and took the time to learn about my concerns. He then introduced me to Marjan, the Lead Dental Assistant, who took my X-rays. They were both really informative, made sure I was comfortable throughout, and taught me about my oral health. Before treatment, Sarah, the Operations Manager, went over my treatment plan to make sure I understood the entire process and my options. I also did an Oral Fitness Check, which was fascinating. They explained how it can help identify problems that trigger an immune response before they’re visible to the naked eye. The team also took the time to educate me on the mouth-body connection and how oral health ties into overall health. My appointment was at 5 pm, and the office closes at 7. They were so nice and stayed late so I could get my treatment done the same day and not have to come back. You can tell the culture at this office is great. Everyone seemed happy to be there, and the team worked together seamlessly. I’ve never had a dental team explain what they were doing and why, accommodate me so well, and make me feel like they truly cared about me as a patient. I highly recommend them!
